Eligibility: Open only to individuals (on behalf of themselves or their employer) who: (i) are legal residents of any one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia; (ii) are at least the age of majority in their jurisdiction of primary residence; and (iii) receive an authorized invitation to participate in PayPal Inc.'s ("PayPal") PayPal Business Loan Impact Survey ("Survey"). Eligibility and those who receive a Survey invitation will be determined in PayPal's sole discretion. Even if you receive a Survey invitation, you must confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements; receipt of an invitation does not guarantee that you are eligible to redeem the reward. If you participate on behalf of your employer or within the scope of your employment: (1) you understand and agree that these terms are binding on you, individually, and your employer; (2) you warrant that you have authority to participate and that your employer has full knowledge of your actions and has consented thereto and that your actions do not violate your employer's policies and procedures; (3) you understand that if you cannot receive the reward because of your employer's policies, you/your employer will forfeit the reward and PayPal will have no further obligation to you; and (4) your employer must decide internally how the reward will be distributed/used (PayPal is not responsible and will not take part in any dispute within a business regarding distribution of a reward).
How to Earn Reward: To receive the reward described below, click on the link found in the Survey invitation, fully complete the Survey in accordance with the instructions in the email and the Survey and click on 'submit' (or similar) during the Survey Period. PayPal must receive your properly completed Survey during the Survey Period for you to be eligible to receive a reward. Any abandoned, incomplete, or not qualified Surveys will not be eligible for a reward.
Reward: Reward consists solely of one $5 USD Starbucks virtual gift card from Virtual Incentives. Gift cards are subject to their terms and conditions. Reward redemption is subject to review & verification. PayPal reserves the right to provide an alternate reward of equal value if any factor outside its control makes it impossible to fulfill the reward as described or materially affects its ability to do so. Rewards will be awarded by email within approximately four to six weeks of the end of the Survey Period. Limit one Reward per person and per business (if applicable).
