How to earn the reward. To receive the reward described below, click on the link found in the Survey invitation (you will be asked a few questions at the beginning of the Survey to determine if you qualify), fully complete the Survey in accordance with the instructions in the email and the Survey and click on 'submit' (or similar) during the Survey Period. PayPal must receive your properly and fully completed Survey during the Survey Period for you to be eligible to receive a reward. Only the first 300 completed respondents will be eligible to earn the reward.
Virtual Rewards are issued by GiftRocket and are subject to their terms and conditions, which can be found here: https://www.tremendous.com/gift/terms. Only respondents who qualify for and complete the survey will receive the Virtual Rewards. Please allow up to 4-6 weeks to receive an email with a link to your Virtual Rewards, and simply click on the link to register the reward and select the retailer of your choice.
PayPal may ask for proof from the survey takers to verify their identity. PayPal may also ask survey takers to provide proof of their age and/or country of residence.
If PayPal has suspicions or knowledge that any survey taker has been involved in any fraudulent or illegal activity, PayPal reserves the right to disqualify that survey taker.
PayPal may also disqualify any survey taker that does not act in accordance with these terms and conditions or PayPal's rules and policies.
The survey taker's PayPal account must be in good standing during the Survey Period.
In the event of circumstances arising outside of PayPal's control, which in PayPal's opinion make it necessary to suspend, change or cancel the Survey, PayPal reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel the Survey at any time. This includes the ability to substitute any reward of equivalent value, change the specification of the reward if circumstances require it or change the Survey methods.
PayPal reserves the right to add additional terms and conditions to this Survey.
By submitting your Survey and email address you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Void where prohibited and if Survey is not properly completed through legitimate channels.
Any questions relating to the Survey or reward will be resolved in PayPal's sole discretion and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto.
English Law governs this Survey. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the paypal.co.uk User Agreement
PayPal shall not be liable, in contract or tort (including negligence) or the breach of statutory duty or in any other way, for the loss or damage howsoever arising suffered by the entrant resulting directly or indirectly from entry to this Survey. Nothing in these terms shall limit PayPal's liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
PayPal reminds survey takers of the nature and limitations of the internet and is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any communications network, online system or computer hardware or software that may affect entry to the Survey or receipt of the reward.
Although PayPal will use reasonable efforts to ensure that all information relating to the Survey ("Survey Material") is accurate, PayPal is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any communications network, online system or computer hardware or software failure that may affect PayPal's operation of the Survey or the PayPal site, including without limitation the accuracy of any Survey Material.
PayPal may use third parties to facilitate one or more elements of this Survey and we may provide some of your personally identifiable information to them. These third party service providers are subject to confidentiality agreements with us and other legal restrictions that prohibit the use of the information we provide them for any other purpose except to facilitate the specific outsourced PayPal related operation.
