You do not need a PayPal account or have experience using PayPal in order to participate. We often invite both PayPal and Non-PayPal customers to participate.

We conduct a variety of research studies including 1:1 sessions, Focus Groups/Panels, and Field Visits (in-home or your place of business). Most studies take place in-person at our headquarters in San Jose. Topics vary from trying out new features or providing feedback on a new design. To thank you for your time, we provide payment via PayPal transfer or Visa gift cards. Incentive amounts range from $100-$250 depending on the study.
