OVERVIEW/TIMING/SPONSOR: The Venmo Surveys Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes"), sponsored by Venmo, a PayPal, Inc. service, 117 Barrow St., New York, NY 10014 ("Sponsor"), begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on April 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59:9 p.m. on June 30, 2025 ("Sweepstakes Period").

ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who: (1) are legal residents of any one (1) of the (50) United States or the District of Columbia ("Territory"); (2) are at least at least eighteen (18) years of age under applicable law in their state or jurisdiction of primary residence as of the date of entry into this Sweepstakes; (3) receive an authorized Survey Invitation from Sponsor; and (4) have a valid U.S. Venmo account in good standing as of the time of entry and through the time of prize award and fulfillment ("Eligible Entrants"). Employees, officers, directors, members, managers, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, Forsta Worldwide, Inc. or their respective parent and subsidiary companies, affiliates, divisions, representatives, consultants, sub-contractors, suppliers, distributors, legal counsel, prize providers, sweepstakes administrators, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies (collectively the "Released Parties") and members of their immediate families (defined for these purposes as including spouse, domestic partner, parents, legal guardian, legal ward, children, and siblings and each of their respective spouses) and individuals living in the same household as such individuals, are not eligible. Eligibility for and those who receive a Survey Invitation will be determined in Sponsor's sole discretion. Even if you receive a Survey Invitation, you must confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements; receipt of a Survey Invitation does not guarantee that you are eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor will conduct one or more survey(s) ("Survey(s)") during the Sweepstakes Period and will email select individuals throughout the Sweepstakes Period inviting them to participate in the Survey(s) ("Survey Invitation(s)"). The first time that an eligible individual properly and fully completes a Survey during the Sweepstakes Period, he/she will earn one (1) entry into this Sweepstakes as more fully described below. You are not eligible to participate if you do not receive a Survey Invitation directly from Sponsor.

After the Sweepstakes Period, one (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from amongst all eligible entries received across all Surveys conducted during the Sweepstakes Period as more fully described below. Not all surveys conducted by Sponsor during the Sweepstakes Period will be eligible for entry in this Sweepstakes; only those surveys associated with a Survey Invitation that invites participation in this Sweepstakes will be eligible.

TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter.

Method #1: Survey Entry. During the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor will send Survey Invitation(s) inviting eligible entrants to visit a designated website ("Sweepstakes Site(s)") to complete a Survey. To enter, eligible entrants must click the link or otherwise follow the instructions contained in a Survey Invitation and then follow the on-screen links and instructions on the applicable Sweepstakes Site to complete and submit a Survey during the Sweepstakes Period ("Survey Entry"). The first time that an eligible individual completes a Survey (including providing all required responses and information and valid Venmo account) through a Sweepstakes Site during the Sweepstakes Period, an eligible entrant will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) entry per person and per Venmo account regardless of the number of Surveys completed during the Sweepstakes Period. An eligible entrant must complete all Survey questions to earn a Survey Entry in the Sweepstakes, but substantive Survey responses will not affect such entrant's chances of winning a prize in this Sweepstakes. For purposes of the Sweepstakes, a Survey Entry is received only when the applicable Sweepstakes Site's servers record the submission of an entrant's completed Survey with all required information. Survey Entries must be submitted and received by Sponsor during the Sweepstakes Period, through the Sweepstakes Site, and in strict accordance with the instructions and restrictions in these Official Rules and on the Sweepstakes Site. Survey Entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM PT on the sweepstakes end date in order to be eligible. Entrant must complete the entire survey in order to be eligible to receive an entry in the Sweepstakes. Proof of submitting a Survey or entry (such as, without limitation, a printed, saved or copied automated receipt confirming submission or a "thanks for entering" screen or message) does not constitute proof of actual receipt of an entry for purposes of the Sweepstakes. Survey Entry responses and entries may not be acknowledged or returned and Sponsor will own all Survey responses. The Sweepstakes Site's database clock will be the official timekeeper for entry into the Sweepstakes. Those who do not provide the required responses or entry information in their Survey Entry or Survey or abide by these Official Rules and other instructions of Sponsor and its representatives may, in Sponsor's sole discretion, be disqualified and the associated entry void. Attempts made by an entrant to submit entries in excess of any limit or otherwise in violation of these Official Rules by using multiple or false contact information or otherwise may be disqualified. Purported entries that are forged, altered, incomplete, lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, illegitimate, unintelligible, garbled, or generated by a macro, bot, or other automated means will not be accepted and will be void. Entries or participation made on an entrant's behalf by any other individual, made by any entity or group, or originating at any website or online service other than a Sweepstakes Site, including, without limitation, through commercial promotion subscription notification or entering services, will be declared invalid and disqualified for the Sweepstakes.

Method #2: Alternate Method of Entry ("AMOE"). To enter without completing a survey, mail a postcard (the "Mail-In Entry"), including your name, complete address, email address and phone number to the following address to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes: Venmo Surveys Sweepstakes, PO Box 728, Social Circle, GA 30025-728. Each Mail-In Entry must be mailed separately and must be postmarked between April 1, 2025, and June 30, 2025, and received by July 7, 2025, Photocopied, illegible, or mechanically reproduced entries are not eligible. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected or postage-due mailed entries.

WINNER SELECTION: The winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about July 14, 2025 by Sponsor or its designee from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, subject to verification. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.

NOTIFICATION: Within approximately three (3) days, Sponsor or its designee will attempt to notify the potential winner that he or she may have won a prize by email (or using other contact information provided during entry in Sponsor's sole discretion). To claim a prize, winner must follow the directions in his or her notification. Winner may, in Sponsor's sole discretion, be required to complete, sign, notarize (if applicable), and return, without alteration and in the form presented by Sponsor, an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release and tax forms (as applicable) (collectively, the "Winner Documents") according to Sponsor's instructions within seven (7) days from when Sponsor sends the Winner Documents or other time frame as specified by Sponsor or its representative. The Winner Documents, if required, are each subject to verification by Sponsor and may require the entrant to provide his or her Social Security Number and/or a copy of government-issued identification card or number therefrom. If a potential winner is participating on behalf of a business and cannot receive a prize from Sponsor per winner's employer's policies, such potential winner will forfeit the prize won and Sponsor will have no further obligation to that winner. If any prize, prize notification, or Sweepstakes-related communication is rejected, faulty, or undeliverable or if potential winner does not respond according to the notification's or Sponsor's instructions, the prize may, in Sponsor's sole discretion, be forfeited and an alternate winner may be randomly selected (time permitting). Sponsor is not obligated to pursue more than three (3) alternate winners for any prize for any reason, in which case such prize may go unawarded. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the notification procedures and applicable deadlines for responding in connection with the selection of any alternate potential winner, if any. Federal IRS 1099-MISC forms may be issued as appropriate in Sponsor's sole discretion.

PRIZE: One (1) grand-prize winner, subject to verification, will receive the prize, which consists solely of $500 USD gift card. All prize details not specifically stated in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. All taxes (federal, state, and local), as well as any expenses not specified in these Official Rules as being provided as part of the prize, are the sole responsibility of winner. If a prize is legitimately claimed, it will be awarded. Sponsor is not responsible for and will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen prize, or any prize that is undeliverable or does not reach a winner because of incorrect or changed contact information. If winner does not accept or use the entire prize, the unaccepted or unused part of the prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation with respect to that prize or portion of the prize. Upon prize forfeiture or inability to use a prize or portion thereof for any reason, no compensation will be given and Sponsor will have no responsibility or liability to that entrant. Winner is strictly prohibited from selling, auctioning, trading or otherwise transferring any part of a prize, except with Sponsor's permission, which may be granted or withheld for any reason in its sole discretion. No transfers, prize substitutions or cash redemptions will be made, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the stated prize or portion thereof with another prize or portion thereof of equal or greater value for any reason, including, without limitation, prize unavailability. No more than the stated prizes will be awarded. Entrants waive the right to assert as a cost of winning any prize, any and all costs of verification and redemption or travel to claim the prize and any liability and publicity which might arise from claiming or seeking to claim a prize. Grand Prize will be awarded on or about 45 days after winner is confirmed.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE, HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY EACH OF THE RELEASED PARTIES FROM AND AGAINST ANY CLAIMS, DAMAGES, DISABILITY, ATTORNEYS' FEES, AND COSTS OF LITIGATION AND SETTLEMENT, AS WELL AS ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR INJURIES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND SUSTAINED IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE, ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE OR AWARDING OF THE PRIZE, OR WHILE PREPARING FOR, PARTICIPATING IN AND/OR TRAVELING TO OR FROM ANY PRIZE- OR SWEEPSTAKES-RELATED ACTIVITY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY INJURY, DAMAGE, DEATH, LOSS, OR ACCIDENT TO/OF PERSON OR PROPERTY. THE PRIOR LIMITATION ON DAMAGES IS NOT INTENDED TO LIMIT THE RELEASED PARTIES' OBLIGATION (IF ANY) TO PAY PREVAILING PARTY COSTS OR FEES IF RECOVERABLE PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE LAW. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WINNER AGREES THAT THE PRIZE WON IS PROVIDED AS-IS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, WHETHER NOW KNOWN OR HEREINAFTER ENACTED, RELATIVE TO THE USE OR ENJOYMENT OF THE PRIZE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ITS QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. EACH ENTRANT UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT ALL RIGHTS UNDER SECTION 1542 OF THE CIVIL CODE OF CALIFORNIA AND ANY SIMILAR LAW OF ANY STATE OR TERRITORY OF THE UNITED STATES ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY WAIVED BY HIM/HER. SECTION 1542 READS AS FOLLOWS: "CERTAIN CLAIMS NOT AFFECTED BY A GENERAL RELEASE. A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS WHICH THE CREDITOR DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE, WHICH IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER MUST HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR."

ADDITIONAL DISCLAIMERS: Released Parties are not responsible and/or liable for any of the following, whether caused by a Released Party, the entrant or by human error: (a) entries that are submitted by illegitimate means (such as, without limitation, by an automated computer program) or entries in excess of the stated limit; (b) any lost, late, incomplete, forged, altered, incomplete, illegible, mutilated, illegitimate, garbled, illegible, or misdirected entries, e-mail, Surveys, Survey Invitation(s), or Sweepstakes-related correspondence or materials or postage-due mail; (c) any error, omission, interruption, defect, or delay in transmission or communication; (d) viruses or technical or mechanical malfunctions, failures, interruptions, or unavailability of any kind; (e) errors, typos or misprints in these Official Rules, in any Survey or Sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials; (f) electronic communications that are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind, or insufficient space in entrant's e-mail account to receive e-mail messages; or (g) entrant contact information that is changed without prior notice to Sponsor or does not work. Without limiting any other provision in these Official Rules, Released Parties are not responsible or liable to any entrant or winner or any person claiming through such entrant or winner for failure to supply the prize or any part thereof in the event that any of the Sweepstakes activities or Released Parties' operations or activities are affected, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, including, without limitation, by reason of any acts of God, any action, regulation, order or request by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action, regulations, order or request proves to be invalid), equipment failure, threatened terrorist acts, terrorist acts, air raid, blackout, act of public enemy, earthquake, war (declared or undeclared), fire, flood, epidemic, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any law, rule, regulation, order or other action adopted or taken by any governmental, federal, state or local government authority, or any other cause, whether or not specifically mentioned above.

PRIVACY: As a condition of entering the Sweepstakes, without limiting any other provision in these Official Rules, each entrant gives consent for Sponsor and its agents to obtain and deliver his or her name, address, and other information and content to third parties for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes and complying with applicable laws, regulations, and rules. All entrant data is subject to Venmo's Privacy Policy

GRANT OF PUBLICITY RIGHTS: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes each entrant’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of entrant’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

ENFORCEMENT OF AND COMPLIANCE WITH OFFICIAL RULES: Sponsor's decisions will be final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes, determination of any winner, and awarding of the prize. All entrants, as a condition of entry, agree to be bound by these Official Rules, the Venmo User Agreement, and the decisions of Sponsor. Failure to comply with these Official Rules or the Venmo User Agreement may result in disqualification from this Sweepstakes. Sponsor's failure to or decision not to enforce any provision in these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. In the event there is an alleged or actual ambiguity, discrepancy, or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials, Survey Invitation(s), and/or these Official Rules (including any alleged discrepancy in these Official Rules), it will be resolved by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Entrants waive any right to claim ambiguity in any Sweepstakes materials, Survey Invitation, or these Official Rules. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules will otherwise remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

GOVERNING LAW AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of entrants, Sponsor or the Released Parties in connection with the Sweepstakes will be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other laws.

BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANT AGREES THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (A) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES, OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED, WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (B) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED (IF ANY) NOT TO EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS' FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; (C) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN ACTUAL OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES NOT TO EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), AND/OR ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED; AND (D) ENTRANTS' REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES (IF ANY) AND ENTRANT IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Agreement to Arbitrate:

Our Agreement

Entrant and PayPal each agree that any and all disputes or claims that have arisen or may arise between you and PayPal (including claims or disputes that arise out of or relate to this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded), including without limitation federal and state statutory claims, common law claims, and those based in contract, tort, fraud, misrepresentation or any other legal theory, shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration or in small claims court. Entrant or PayPal may assert claims in small claims court instead of in arbitration if the claims qualify and so long as the matter remains in small claims court and advances only on an individual (non-class, non-representative) basis. This Agreement to Arbitrate is intended to be broadly interpreted. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this Agreement to Arbitrate.

Notice of Disputes and Settlement Discussion

Before bringing any dispute or claim, you or PayPal must first send the other party, by certified mail, a completed Notice of Dispute. You should send this notice to PayPal at: PayPal, Inc., Attn: Legal Specialists, Re: Notice of Dispute, 2211 North First Street, San Jose, CA 95131. PayPal will send any notice to you to the address we have on file associated with your Venmo account; it is your responsibility to keep your address up to date. To be valid, the Notice of Dispute must contain all information called for in the Notice of Dispute form including but not limited to: your or PayPal’s signature, the email address and phone number associated with the customer’s Venmo account, a description of the nature and basis of the claims that are being asserted, a statement of the specific relief sought, and any relevant documents and supporting information reasonably available to the claiming party.

If Entrant and PayPal are unable to resolve the claims described in the notice within 45 days after the notice is received by Entrant or PayPal, Entrant or PayPal may commence an arbitration proceeding. A form for initiating arbitration proceedings is available on the AAA's website at www.adr.org. The Notice of Dispute requirements are essential in order to give the parties a meaningful chance to resolve disputes informally.

Prohibition of Class and Representative Actions and Non-Individualized Relief

Entrant and PayPal agree that each of us may bring claims against the other only on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative action or proceeding. Unless both Entrant and PayPal agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate or join more than one person's or party's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a consolidated, representative or class proceeding. Also, the arbitrator may award relief (including monetary, injunctive and declaratory relief) only in favor of the individual party seeking relief and only to the extent necessary to provide relief necessitated by that party's individual claim(s). Any relief awarded cannot affect other participants in this Sweepstakes or PayPal or Venmo customers.

Arbitration Procedures

Arbitration is more informal than a lawsuit in court. Arbitration uses a neutral arbitrator instead of a judge or jury, and court review of an arbitration award is very limited. However, the arbitrator can award the same damages and relief on an individual basis that a court can award to an individual. All issues are for the arbitrator to decide, except that a court of competent jurisdiction shall decide issues relating to arbitrability, the scope or enforceability of this Agreement to Arbitrate, and issues that this Agreement to Arbitrate indicates that a court can resolve.

Any arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (referred to as the "AAA"). For all claims, the Consumer Arbitration Rules in effect at the time the arbitration is commenced, as applicable, and as modified by this Agreement to Arbitrate, shall apply. The AAA's rules are available at www.adr.org. In the event that the AAA is unavailable or unwilling to administer the arbitration consistent with this Agreement to Arbitrate, another administrator will be selected by the parties or by the court.

Any arbitration hearings shall be held in the county in which you reside or at another mutually agreed location. If the value of the relief sought is $25,000 or less, the arbitration will be conducted based solely on written submissions, unless any party requests an in-person, telephonic, or videoconference hearing or the arbitrator decides that a hearing is necessary. In cases where an in-person hearing is held, Entrant and/or PayPal may attend by telephone or videoconference, unless the arbitrator requires otherwise.

The arbitrator will decide the substance of all claims in accordance with applicable law, including recognized principles of equity, and will honor all claims of privilege recognized by law. No court or arbitrator shall be bound by rulings in prior arbitrations involving different PayPal or Venmo customers, but a court or arbitrator will be bound by rulings in prior arbitrations involving the same PayPal or Venmo customer to the extent required by applicable law. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

Costs of Arbitration

Payment of all AAA or arbitrator fees will be governed by the AAA's rules, unless otherwise stated in this Agreement to Arbitrate. If the value of the relief sought is $10,000 or less, at your request, PayPal will pay all AAA or arbitrator fees associated with the arbitration. Any request for payment of fees by PayPal should be submitted by mail to the AAA along with Entrant’s Demand for Arbitration and PayPal will make arrangements to pay all necessary fees directly to the AAA. If the value of the relief sought is more than $10,000 and Entrant is able to demonstrate that the costs of accessing arbitration will be prohibitive as compared to the costs of accessing a court for purposes of pursuing litigation on an individual basis, PayPal will pay as much of the AAA or arbitrator fees as the arbitrator deems necessary to prevent the cost of accessing the arbitration from being prohibitive. In the event the arbitrator determines that either the substance of Entrant’s or PayPal’s claim or the relief sought was frivolous or brought for an improper purpose, then Entrant or PayPal may seek to recover from Entrant or PayPal any fees it paid, including attorneys’ fees, to the extent permitted by the AAA’s rules and applicable law.

Severability

With the exception of any of the provisions in the Prohibition of Class and Representative Actions and Non-Individualized Relief section above, if a court decides that any part of this Agreement to Arbitrate is invalid or unenforceable, the other parts of this Agreement to Arbitrate shall still apply. If a court decides that any of the provisions in the Prohibition of Class and Representative Actions and Non-Individualized Relief section above is invalid or unenforceable because it would prevent the exercise of a non-waivable right to pursue public injunctive relief, then any dispute regarding the entitlement to such relief (and only that relief) must be severed from arbitration and may be litigated in court. All other disputes subject to arbitration under the terms of the Agreement to Arbitrate shall be arbitrated under its terms.

Opt-Out Procedure

Entrant can choose to reject this Agreement to Arbitrate (“opt-out”) by mailing us a written opt-out notice. For new Venmo users, the opt-out notice must be postmarked no later than 30 days after the date you accept the User Agreement for the first time. You Entrant must mail the opt-out notice to PayPal, Inc., Attn: Litigation Department, Re: Venmo Opt-Out Notice, 2211 North First Street, San Jose, CA 95131. For Entrant’s convenience, we are providing an opt-out notice form you must complete and mail to opt-out of this Agreement to Arbitrate. Entrant must complete this form by providing all the information it calls for, including Entrant’s name, address, phone number, Venmo username, and the email address(es) used to log in to, or sign up for, the Venmo account(s) to which the opt-out applies. Entrant must sign the opt-out notice for it to be effective. This procedure is the only way Entrant can opt-out of the Agreement to Arbitrate. If Entrant opts-out of this Agreement to Arbitrate, all other parts of the User Agreement will continue to apply. Opting out of this Agreement to Arbitrate has no effect on any previous, other, or future arbitration agreements that Entrant may have with us.

Future Amendments to this Agreement to Arbitrate

Notwithstanding any provision in the User Agreement to the contrary, Entrant and we agree that if we make any amendment to this Agreement to Arbitrate (other than an amendment to any notice address or website link provided herein) in the future, that amendment shall not apply to any claim that was filed in a legal proceeding against PayPal or Entrant prior to the effective date of the amendment. The amendment shall apply to all other disputes or claims governed by this Agreement to Arbitrate that have arisen or may arise between Entrant and PayPal. We will notify Entrant of amendments to this Agreement to Arbitrate by providing notice through email at least 21 days before the effective date of the amendments. If you do not agree to these amended terms, you may close your Venmo account within the 21-day period and you will not be bound by the amended terms.

CANCELLATION, MODIFICATION, SUSPENSION, DISQUALIFICATION EVENTS: In its sole discretion, Sponsor reserves the right to: (a) void entries of any entrants who Sponsor believes have attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes; (b) disqualify any entrant if Sponsor determines at any time in its sole discretion that such entrant is ineligible, in violation of these Official Rules, or engaging in behavior that Sponsor deems obnoxious, inappropriate, threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person (even if such person been notified or displayed or announced anywhere as being the winner or potential winner); (c) restrict or void online entries or participation from any IP address if any suspicious entry and/or participation is detected; (d) cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and award the prize in a manner deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor if the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for any reason; (e) disqualify any entrant that supplies false information, obtains entries by fraudulent means or is otherwise determined to be in violation of these Official Rules or the Venmo User Agreement in an attempt to obtain any prize (and in such case, that person may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law). Entrants agree to not damage or cause interruption of the Sweepstakes and/or prevent others from participating in the Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute concerning who submitted an entry/Survey, the entrant will be declared to be the registered account holder of the email address associated with the Venmo account provided during entry, but only if that person meets all other eligibility criteria, otherwise the entry may, in Sponsor's sole discretion, be disqualified and any potential prize won forfeited. A registered account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Winner may be required to show proof of being the registered account holder. If a dispute cannot be resolved to Sponsor's satisfaction, in its sole discretion, the entry will be deemed ineligible. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE ANY ONLINE SERVICE OR WEBSITE OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF A SWEEPSTAKES VIOLATES CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT IS MADE, SPONSOR MAY DISQUALIFY ANY ENTRANT MAKING SUCH ATTEMPT AND MAY SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
